Fair Advisory Board

The Adams County Fair Advisory Board shall serve the Adams County Commissioners by and through the Adams County Parks & Community Resource Department in an advisory capacity for the purpose of planning the Adams County Fair.

Fair Advisory Board 

Benna Harris, Chair - Eastern Resident Representative (term ending 2010)

Over the years Benna has served on a varity of boards including but not limited to Almost Home, Inc., Fine Arts at Four, Brighton Cultural Arts Commission, Brighton Historic Preservation Commssion, Colorado Council of Economic Education-Marketing Committee, Metropolitian Local Development Corporation and Platte Valley Medical Center Foundation.  Benna retired from Valley Bank & Trust after many years of service.  Benna has been a part of the Fair family as a sponsor and volunteer for many years.

Mike Pugh, 4H Representative (term ending 2010)

Mike has been a resident of Eastern Adams County for over 14 years, actively involved in the operation of his family's farm and ranch and is a pilot for US Airways. Mike has served on the Jr. Livestock Sale Committee as committee chair since 2002. He currently serves on the Endowment Fund for Byers School District 32-J and the National Western Stock Show Jr. Show Committee. 

Richard Pabon, Western Business Representative (term ending 2010)

Richard has lived in Adams County since 1991.  His area of expertise has been in Public Policy and Administration.  He currently sits on the board of Adams County School District 50 Conceptualizing Reinvented Environments to Educational Excellence (CREATE). He has been involved with the Adams County Democratic Party as a precinct captain and has worked on many different campaigns.

Stephanie Neiberger, Eastern Business Representative (term ending 2011)

Stephanie is the current Loan Operations Officer at Valley Bank & Trust in Brighton.  This is her first experience working with the fair.  She resides in Henderson and has been an Adams County resident for over thirty years; with the majority of that time spent in Strasburg.  Stephanie is actively involved with area youth activities, serving on the South Elementary Parent Advisory Committee in Brighton and volunteering at local schools.

Bill Scebbi, Western Community Representative (term ending 2012)
